Recruitment Video Production for Graduates & Apprentices
We have been working with Edmundson Electrical for some time to produce recruitment videos to engage their target candidates and attract top talent into open roles. We recently spent a few days on the road with them filming brand new content to refresh their recruitment films.
The company will often recruit upwards of a 100+ graduates & apprentices a year, therefore to enable the company to attract the best candidates, and to showcase the opportunities they have on offer to potential job seekers, they use quality well-produced video content to do this. And as their trusted media partner & suppler, Picture Lock Films, were commissioned to produce a number of key films to showcase their business for use both on-line and across social media platforms.
Filming took place over a 3-day period starting off in central London and ending up at one of their trading sites in Bristol. Our filming was a mixture of actuality filming following current graduates and apprentices in their roles, illustrated with master interview and footage featuring the business ‘at work’.
For filming we used, as the main camera, the Sony F5, a motion stabilised go pro11, Sony A7Siii & a DJI Mavic cine drone, all shot in 4k for the best picture quality. Also, as the A7S can take stills, at the same time as filming, we provided the client with a range of ‘all rights’ still photography for use both in print and on line.
Following filming the videos were finished-off and on-lined with our post production partner True North Post where all the media was ingested and backed-up, as well as providing us with access to fully networked remote AVID edit suites so we could view, log, transcribe and prep the films for the craft edits. The completed films were then delivered to the client, in their preferred tech spec. You can see one of the completed videos below.
